What We Do

Our team at HSHS Hospice Southern Illinois delivers our promise to provide high-quality Franciscan healthcare through two programs: Supportive Care and Hospice Care.

Supportive Care is a specialized program that provides an extra layer of support in order to manage pain, symptoms and emotional distress caused by a serious illness or its treatment at any stage. Hospice provides support and care for individuals and their loved ones as they face the last phases of a life limiting illness.

We also offer the Everlasting Memories program to patients on our hospice service. This program allows us to grant wishes to our patients and provide them with an item or event to cherish in their final moments.

We are proud to provide Supportive Care & Hospice Care services to 27 counties in the South-Central Illinois region. Our counties of service include: Bond, Clay, Clark, Clinton, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Effingham, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Macoupin, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Moultrie, Perry, Randolph, Richland, St. Clair, Shelby, Washington and Wayne.

HSHS Hospice Southern Illinois collaborates with our ministries in the Southern Illinois Division to provide post-acute care services to this expanded region and all its communities.
